Yes, you can place an order first and then have your designer upload files later.

This is easily handled. Just provide the artwork, or the information, and we will build your order. We can take a spreadsheet with data for thousands of custom pieces and generate the order effortlessly.

We can provide custom fulfillment services and pack different quantities to be sent to hundreds of different locations. We can also insert additional components into the material we print.

But we serve customers nationwide on a daily basis. We can ground ship to most locations in the USA within 3 days and to cities in Southeast Alaska in 1 day.

Turnaround Time

File Transfer

Standard turnaround time on smaller projects is 5-7 business days from approved proof. For larger jobs it’s 5-10 business days from approved proof. All turnaround times are contingent upon our current workload, schedule, and the actual size of your print project. Please keep in mind your required due date and plan ahead with your Customer Service Rep to make sure everything is ready on time..

One of our specialties is meeting deadlines that other printing companies cannot. We also have special shipping contracts and can often overnight freight for a lot less than you would normally pay. Please contact customer service for assistance with this type of order.

Typically your proof is ready for your review within 2 business days from when you place your order. You are always welcome to visit our office and work with our knowledgeable staff to review your proof or if you’d prefer we can deliver it to you locally at no charge. If you need your hard copy proof shipped outside of Juneau we can do that too for the cost of the shipping service of your choice. You also have the option of receiving an Electronic proof, which can save time. Caution though, electronic proofs are not color accurate. If the color on your project is critical please take the time to review a hard-copy proof. And if your project is extremely color critical, we recommend scheduling a press proof after you’ve reviewed and approved your hard copy proof.

After you place your order, you will be directed to a file upload page. If you are not ready to upload your files at that time, you or your graphic designer can upload your files later.

We accept files up to 1 Gig via our order upload page. For files larger than this, please contact customer service for special file upload instructions.
