Key Responsibilities
•Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
•Calling customers for more information, to collect payment, and to notify that orders are ready for pickup.
•Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers with inquiries and services.
•Filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents and records.
•Cleaning and ensuring the front office area is tidy and presentable.
•Keeping track of inventory and requesting items when needed.
•Making copies and scanning documents as needed.
•Following up on job statuses and providing updates to appropriate parties.
•Taking detailed notes for Sales Representatives to aid in the creation of job tickets
•Learning how to quote print jobs to help fill Customer Service Representative duties when necessary.
Qualifications
•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•Previous experience in front office or administrative role preferred.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
•Proficiency in using office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems.
•Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

You will be responsible for preparing and processing digital files for printing, conducting pre-flight checks, and collaborating closely with our production team. If you are detail-oriented, have a keen eye for design, and possess basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and photoshop, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • File Preparation: Prepare digital files for printing by reviewing and adjusting layout, color, and image resolution.
  • Pre-flight Checks: Conduct thorough pre-flight checks to identify and resolve any potential issues with print file.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to make necessary adjustments to files.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all print materials meet our quality standards, including color accuracy and print specifications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our customers and production team to communicate any file-related issues and make necessary revisions.
  • Printing Technology: Stay up to date with the lates printing technology and software to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:
